Missing key features that are or should be possible. No visual audio level indicator, Background audio, display video over other apps, listen even when other audio is playing while in background. Only the last one is something I haven't seen elsewhere yet. Camera connection to router & base unit, wifi, Internet all working won't reconnect to view.

Background audio, display video over other apps, listen even when other audio is playing while in background are ready. Inside the live view screen tap on the rectangle icon will become picture in picture view. Press screen off key in your mobile phone will keep the background audio play.

Great app, a little lag boot up for the app, but its very good video streaming, clear, and works better than the tablet the camera came with. MAKE SURE the device is connected to Wi-Fi for best results, I was on the antenna receiver without Wi-Fi for the longest time and had no idea why it kept losing connection. No problems since I fixed that!

Super handy to have but the sound just stops sometimes or the screen freezes and have to close out the app completely. I have to have the app open on 2 devices at night just in case the app decides to just close out on its own on one or the other so I can still be aware of my child waking. Super handy just not super reliable

To reset your device, please follow these steps: 1: Go to the settings in the parent unit. 2: Run the factory reset. 3: The parent unit will then directly connect to the camera. 4: Redo the add camera procedure from the App to scan the parent unit QR code.
