The system crashes and becomes under maintenance frequently, also online payment by Visa Card often is failed, besides, the android app is very poor and the customer service is extremely bad. Not Recommended at all !!!

Slow, inconsistent, disappointing, and terrible in support. Would you keep your money with a service provider that sound like that? Edit to reply the developer: Oh I did contact you several times and have cases opened without replies. I event list around rm350 for 3 days and after i opened a case yoh returned them back and marked the case resolved without getting back to me or telling me what was the issue. Im so done with GoPayz, and I am making sure to state it here :) Have a good day.

š”š”š”š¢Terrible experience, It's been 3 months since I decided to give Gopayz a try, they allowed me to top up my account knowing that I can't use the funds. Then they asked me to upgrade my wallet, I have been trying since 08 June 2024, it's been 3 months and the customer support don't seem to be of any help for something as simple as verifying a customer, what's the point of me giving you my personal information for verification then ?
