The Ingo Money App may be used by identity-verified customers to cash checks issued on U.S. financial accounts to fund: (1) most debit, prepaid and credit card accounts issued by hundreds of U.S. financial institutions including Chase®, Bank of America®, Citi®, Wells Fargo®, American Express®, U.S. Bank®, PNC Bank®, Capital One®, HSBC Bank USA, TD Bank, Discover®, Synchrony Bank, First Premier® Bank, Pathward and The Bancorp Bank; (2) PayPal™, PayPal™ for Business and PayPal™ Prepaid MasterCard® accounts; and (3) most prepaid cards, including Chase Liquid®, Wells Fargo EasyPay®, Regions Now Card®, BB&T MoneyAccount®, NetSpend®, Green Dot® Prepaid Debit, Walmart MoneyCard®, H&R Block® Emerald Card®, ACE Elite™, AccountNow®, Kroger® 1-2-3 REWARDS® and more. Funds may also be used to pay retail credit card bills from thousands of retailers including Walmart®, Target®, Costco®, Home Depot®, Lowe’s®, BestBuy®, Gap® and Old Navy®. You can also access the Ingo Money service in dozens of mobile banking apps including American Express Serve® and Bluebird by American Express. Ingo Money participates in the Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Star®, Pulse®, NYCE® and Maestro® payment networks.

The Ingo Money service is provided by Sunrise Banks, N.A. and Ingo Money, Inc., subject to the Sunrise Banks and Ingo Money service Terms & Conditions, the Ingo Money Privacy Policy and the Sunrise Banks, N.A. Privacy Policy. Approval review usually takes 3 to 5 minutes but can take up to one hour. All checks are subject to approval for funding in Ingo Money’s sole discretion. Fees apply for approved Money in Minutes transactions funded to your card or account. Unapproved checks will not be funded to your card or account. Ingo Money reserves the right to recover losses resulting from illegal or fraudulent use of the Ingo Money Service. Your wireless carrier may charge a fee for data usage. I was Leary at first but this app, this company is awesome. I had a few issues, my fault entirely, customer service was reachable in a timely manner, courteous, and professional. Problems were solved within 2 minutes. It is well worth the fee. I didn't have to drive anywhere. The bank that it was drawn on, Bank of America, gave me a hard time cashing their own check. But Ingo, cashed it hassle free. Very satisfied!

Ingo's Customer Service is phenomenal! They are understanding, respectful, knowledgeable, and fast AND you aren't stuck dealing with an automated system the whole time or on hold for hours! Literally dealt with the Automated System for about a minute. Long enough to choose language and my issue and then was immediately transferred to a real person and was only on hold for a little under a minute!! The app is easy to navigate and so far no app issues or glitches!

Works like it's supposed to. Very convenient. I wanted to update my first review. Although there isn't anything wrong with it. Four years later and I would absolutely rate them 6 stars if I could! Especially in this day and age, where paper checks seem to be all but extinct, I have never ended up having a problem with them. Easy to follow directions, throw them a couple bucks if you want your money right now... But if you can wait, they won't charge you. What more could you ask for?
