I downloaded the application and I wouldn't get an OTP. After calling and getting it fixed, I tried ordering and I could not make it past the Ecocash Zig payment option because it said "you're not configured for this type of payment" numerous times. I tried restarting my phone, uninstalling the app and deleting my account to no avail. What's sad is that I called in and got no solid assistance. I tried again and the payment option would just load for forever, until the closed. Major letdown

If a location doesn't accept orders after a given time then don't allow a user to place an order at that location. It's a terrible user experience for someone to place an order, wait for an order and then call later (because it's taken a while) only to be told that the location is not accepting orders.

Their value chicken burger was pathetic. The bun was clearly not fresh and no dressing at all on the burger, only a piece of meat between the buns. No sauce or salt to accompany the fries. Wastage of money. Do better!!! Order No. 105. Tax Inv No. 2810. 21st October 2024. Rongai Chicken Inn
