UPDATE: I canceled in 2020 since I wasn't using as much. I just re-signed up again but the app is glitchy, keeps telling me my password is incorrect even though I've gone through resetting it. ***Great option if you like different classes and workouts! Pretty pricey charge for cancellation within 12 hrs to class time, $15. But makes a great motivation to not miss a class. Just wish it is more affordable overall for monthly fees. I just do the low $10 for 6 credits and more credits as I go.

0/10 would NEVER recommend this app or signing up for this service. First of all, they don't have an account hold service, but okay, no big deal. I frequently have to go out of the country for business trips that often last 1-2 months, so I thought, okay, I can cancel before I go and just use up the points I have before I leave and then get my next set of points when I get back in two months. Nope. They DISCARD the points you already paid for but haven't used on the cancellation. Repulsive.

Class pass had been awesome. I have used it for about the last year and a half and have gotten to visit awesome studios and the price works out to be perfect for the diversity of classes that I go to. It's great if you want to cross train. Although I don't use it for this, you can also use credits for other services. The app makes it easy to search and schedule classes or services. Highly recommend!
