I recently used BlaBlaCar and had an excellent experience. The platform is user-friendly and makes it easy to book rides with drivers going to the same destination. The booking process was seamless, and I appreciated the clear communication and updates from the driver. The ride itself was comfortable and efficient. The driver was sometimes unpunctual. One thing that was missing is that they don't mention the car number, which made it difficult to find the car easily.

Awesome idea, however too many rides are being cancelled and too many rides are being cancelled at the last minute without any proper way of penalising these irresponsible drivers. The only thing is that they're shown as "cancels rides frequently" etc, which I don't think is a "punishment" enough. So, many times it's an unreliable source of traveling. Other than that, a nice and clean UX.

Very disappointed with the app. Very bad to use. Cannot read messages if not through the mail. Got requests from passengers not on my route. I refused the "boost" but still received requests from cities I didn't want to enter. I had to refuse a lot and in the end drove through the whole country for 2 days, + 1500 Kms ALONE!!! It's also not possible to change the route or time during the trip. As a BlaBlaCar user since the beginning the app is getting the concept down and impossible to use 👎
