Absolutely terrible app. I paid 360$ for this app and here I am 3 weeks after purchasing and still cannot use. Extremely difficult and slow process every step of the way. Support team shut down their phones so no hope of getting quick answers. I feel like I'm drowning trying to get this app to work with very little help from support. I cannot imagine someone who isn't extremely tech savvy doing this. Also this app forces you to go through other identification apps to even begin using. Terrible.

I've been using this app since 2019 and what a wonderful game-changer it has been. But, the new update has a number of issues that make the app less user-friendly (why I'm only giving 4 stars). Previously, I could renew multiple rx's for a patient by putting them all into a pending list and then selecting, "Sign all." Now I have to go to a separate menu option in order to sign and send them. Also, when pulling the prescription record for a patient, must take extra steps to get detailed info.

Beyond frustrated with this app! We're a surgery practice, so we overwhelmingly prescribe schedule 2 medications. My issue is that the app is incapable of finding pharmacies about 90% of the time. This renders the app unusable and it's my ONLY option, since I can't call or hand write scripts. Period. No problem with this before the update. I'd like to go back to the past, here...worked incredibly well then.
