I have the same issue like most others have on here, it won't let me link my PC Optimal account. I looked up some forums to resolve the issue and tried everything recommended (clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, typing in the username and password, making a shorter username...), and nothing worked. I wasted more time trying to get this working then I would have saved in extra points earned with this app.

I had to reset my phone and now the app doesn't work. I try to sign in with email and it tells me it is ending me a security code which never shows up. I have contacted the company and was told it will have to be referred to someone else and it could take up 24 to 48 hours. 24 hours so far and nothing. All. Other apps work fine and can send me notifications. This is very poor customer service.

Unable to link my PC Optimum. Keeps looping and asking me to sign into my PC optimum account than just goes back to the homescreen. Tried calling only got voicemail and no call back. Absolutely useless customer service options. I have reached out to the technical team where I was told to delete the app and reinstall and if that doesn't work to delete my account and setup a new account. Both solutions did not work. Apparently I have been escalated to a higher support level. 🤬
