The app does not open at all and it's really hindering my daily routine as I need to make payments, and the app fails me at those crucial moments. I've contacted them about it but I did not get any response either. It works very occasionally and stops altogether most of the time. And the bank charges us for using the mobile banking app that DOES NOT WORK AT ALL.

Lack of banking facilities in this app compared to others, making this look like just Dummy app used just to login, see your existing balance, and make some of Fonepay payments. They just have to accept the fact that the facilities they are providing from the app are less, and they have to work on redesigning the app also. For example, the Global Smart Plus app has features like e-com load, which help users like me a lot. In the load wallet section, there should be more options, not just 2 only.
