New for 2024 Prologue: with the HondaLink app, you can take control with remote commands, check your charge status, locate your vehicle, and redeem your charging credits* for EVgo charging network. Activate HondaLink Connected by OnStar in the app for safety and connectivity services.

Use HondaLink® app with compatible Honda vehicles to access features such as remote commands, vehicle status, scheduling service appointments, roadside assistance, and more.

Features availability:
The HondaLink® app has exciting remote control features like Remote Engine Start, Remote Door Lock/Unlock, and Find My Car. Available for 2018+ Odyssey Touring/Elite, 2018-2022 Accord Touring and 2023+ Accord all trims, 2019+ Insight Touring, 2019+ Pilot Touring/Elite/Black Edition*, 2019+ Passport Touring/Elite*, 2023+ Civic Type R*, 2023+ CR-V Sport Touring Hybrid, and 2023+ Pilot Touring/Elite vehicles. Battery charge monitoring and control is available for Clarity Electric and Plug-in Hybrid vehicles.

*Remote Engine Start is currently not available for 2019-2022 Pilot Touring/Elite/Black Edition, 2019+ Passport Touring/Elite, and 2023+ Civic Type R vehicles.

HondaLink subscription package may be required.

Can't even log in to the app. Changed the password and still can't log in. I keep getting an error of the wrong password after I change it, or it's locked from too many attempts. Even when I could access the app half the time, the controls were not available. When I've had to call customer support, it takes days before the app is fully functioning.

Super handy. Anyone who says otherwise simply does not know how to troubleshoot. Stop being a baby and try again! This app has multiple extremely handy uses, including warming/ cooling the interior of your car ten minutes before you get it. No app is perfect, but what this does for free is remarkable.

Update: 08/12/24- App controls seem to be working perfectly now after I called technical support. They were able to reboot and restart the app on their end to get the controls commands to work properly. They were very helpful and solved the issue within 10mins. I am very satisfied with customer service Honda Link app seems not to work or pop up the control bar to turn the car on climate control. Ive6 had the monthly subscription 2 months now, and I can't get it to work.
