Dear deliverypanda, some of your systems are very bad. First of all you don't pay enough according to the distance of the location. Contacting customers is difficult. It does not show how much distance to cover.

Is anyone else having any issues getting verified. I have tried so many times to get verified for some reason my documents are not getting accepted. Please help!!

Identity review is supposed to take 1 day, but has been stuck as "in progress" for months now. It is unclear where to contact them about what's taking so long.
