doesn't accurately report parking availability. fully knowing what's available in my city, curiously downloaded and did a search in my destination area for 1) ANY available parking within walking vicinity 2) available EV spaces in the ENTIRE city (not just my destination). only one result yielded for the former, and it was roughly 2mi from my ultimate destination. was pretty excited for the reported Android Auto support, but who cares- this app isn't even as useful as a paper tourist map

Slow app, difficult to manoeuvre, and cancellation for no reason. I have used this a few times now for traveling to Twickenham. It is tricky to move around when it is busy, as all the sold out spaces are still visible for some odd reason. Searching areas dynamically is very poor. Worst of all, I had 2 bookings cancelled the day before an event by the parking owner, with no solution or compensation. I guess they managed to get a better price from someone else. I was left high and dry.

I attempted to park but application just spun. My phone and connection were fine as I could use other apps in the same location. Turns out the parking session was registered but didn't show on my phone, so I was charged for over 24 hours for a very brief stay. Customer support response was basically screw you. Edit: As the app never informed me my session was active and I discovered the time I was parking shouldn't be billed, I didn't know there was a reason to contact by phone.
