About this app

IMPORTANT: This app provides eligible Mastercard cardholders with the ability to locate airport lounges and offers. If you are an eligible member of this program, your Mastercard issuer should provide you with information related to accessing the program. Please contact your issuer for questions regarding eligibility.

To verify your eligibility, after registration you may see a temporary charge of $1.00 (USD) in your payment card transaction history. This is solely a “pending” transaction and your card will NOT be charged. After your eligibility is verified, the pending amount will be removed (usually within 10 business days).


This easy-to-use mobile app experience, developed by LoungeKey, is designed to enrich the time that Mastercard cardholders spend at the airport. The app enables cardholders to explore more than 1000 airport lounges from around the world as well as hundreds of curated airport offers.

AIRPORT LOUNGES
Escape the airport crowds and retreat to an oasis in more than 400 airports worldwide.
- Search for a lounge by simply typing a Country, City, or Airport
- Leverage the “Find a Nearest Airport” functionality which automatically locates the nearest airport
- See detailed lounge information such as location, amenities, and hours of operation

AIRPORT OFFERS
Take advantage of a curated listing of airport offers that span across dining, spa, and retail.
- Find offers available to you based on the terminal where you are located
- See detailed offer information (i.e., location of the merchant, hours of operation, and terms and conditions)
- Generate a QR offer code for redemption of the offer

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Easily manage your account information, view lounge visit history, and access active and historical offers.

Ratings and reviews

The app dev team at mastercard has developed two unique modes for using this app. 1. Once you enter login details, the app presents you with a "Loading..." message for a few secs before crashing. Now you can go back and enjoy that logging screen again. 2. Post login details entry, the app responds with "Something went wrong." Now you can manually restart the app and enjoy re-entring login details. While I don't find either mode terribly useful, I'm sure MasterCard's test users enjoyed the app.

Had an issue with accessing a lounge dispite having 2 access passes. The customer service basically said oh we don't know what's happening and we can't help you other than to investigate over the coming week. Really bad customer service in my mind, not to help your customers in any way to remedy a situation where there is an issue with your platform.

Why it access the internet each time I open it? Should download the list and KEEP IT. REALLY NOT RELIABLE. 0- If you don't have internet the app is useless. 1- iPhone App lets you save the pass code inside passbook. Why Android doesn't? 2- Should Download all the lounges and update in the background (Like Priority Pass). 3- lounges on the list don't accept lounge key and no way to report it.4- Zero customer care. Those issues were reported 7 years ago and no fix.
