Dropping to 1 star. No updates since fall 2016. Not compatible with new types of devices. They've clearly given up on this app, which is infuriating for those of us who continue to use their hardware. I won't be one of those much longer. If I can't expect continued support for a system I continually put my money into, then they can't expect continued support from me, and you'd be better off looking into a different solution as well. Come spring time, I am replacing my entire 8 camera system.

Good luck getting it to log in and actually view your HVR or captured video. Easily the least user friendly app I've used in a while. There is no real fast-forward option so you cannot scan through video from the day. The motion capture is not at all intuitive, you're better off leaving it recording. And if you actually want to log in and view your cameras, it really only works while your phone is on the same wifi as the camera system. The interface is clunky like a 90s movie. Total garbage.

Less than optimal. It's difficult to select playback times to the minute, the slide bar moves too much. Aside from the app, the customer service isn't great at all and the system I had lasted only 6 months before the cameras stopped working correctly. I wouldn't recommend this product or others if you may ever need service or support.
