Ratings and reviews

The order interface arbitrarily blocks access to the full menu. For example, it does not give the option to order lemon pepper fries, only their "signature seasoning" which is frankly disgusting, despite both being available in the store. I can live with that, but when I tried to order I repeatly received an "error occurred during transaction" message. Combined with their apparently new policy that stores can't take delivery orders over the phone, this means I'm eating somewhere else tonight.

Great application to use. Functionality seems to work as it should based upon the cookie settings that are available. Food options are pretty self-explanatory. The only improvement that comes to mind is the option for "just drummies" or "just flats," which wasn't readily available to be selected.

Literally cannot order. I tried several times, restarted the app, and tried anything I could think of. The only solution was to apparently order via door dash, which added an extra $3 to each item. There is literally no reason to use their app if it doesn't do the one thing and app like this is supposed to do.
