Do you need access to e-Banking?


If you have an Alpha Bank account and an active Alpha Bank card, you can register to e-Banking online, at no cost. Download the application on your mobile phone, follow the steps, and get a Username and Password to connect to e-Banking from wherever it might suit you each time! Whether that is your computer or tablet via myAlpha Web, your mobile via myAlpha Mobile or even the telephone via myAlpha Phone, banking with Alpha Bank becomes simple!

Ratings and reviews

For years now the app is not updated with a solution to some payment problems, so i must for example pay the Cosmote bill through my other bank, and if i did not have two bankaccounts (in two different banks) i would had to go to the store! Just as of this moment, the card tab is not visible. The app is bad and needs improvement.

You cannot select a document or picture to attach when asked for it. Likely because the app doesn't have any permissions to access the storage but I also cannot grant it that acces in my system settings. Useless at best.

Very slow. Extremely annoying waiting to proccess data. Too much delays. One of the worst apps ever!!!!

Great news! You can now open an Alpha premier deposit account online for your daily transactions, securing the ability to link it to a myAlpha Benefit package for lower transaction fees and overdraft option if you receive your salary at Alpha Bank. Even if you don’t bank with us, open your first account through myAlpha Mobile.
