In mumzworld KSA is unreliable, they take ages to deliver, they don't deal promptly with customers complaints, I'm now in an inconvenient situation after I ordered all school supplies from them and waited for so long and eventually they cancelled my order after I asked them to refund, they cancelled without any apologies or explanation on where and why the order wasn't delivered, I was left with very little time to buy all the supplies elsewhere. Massively unreliable in KSA

Very bag experience with delivery even items with fast delivery wont come on time and need a lot of effort and follow up to get my stuff ... they wont even cancel if its too late .the help comes days after u contact them they haveno knowldge where the stuff is

Not recommend this app or site for anyone. Always make so many mistakes and especially sell out of stock products. Once paid, they cancel the order and send the amount to the wallet credit without informing the customer that the order is cancelled. Very unprofessional company.
