I have used the app for years. However the update of 24.08.2024 can embarrass you when you least expect coz of delays in OTP without which the transaction can't complete. Ensure you have a fall back plan until the app stabilizes again.

The best and most convenient banking app I've ever used, I specifically like the paybill and till payments that have been integrated into the app. I've enjoyed it. I use the bank's Homabay branch, the customer service, sales personnel, the teller, are very friendly, made me fall in love with NCBA, my bank of choice. I would recommend you try it!

Every time i want to pay I have to check and fill in my utility because this quick pay of yours does not save previous transaction.. work on that please so one does not have to search for them where they had written so as to fill in.
