Ratings and reviews

My biggest gripe is that I can't see all of my 8 screens in an equal 3x3 grid at once. I use my setup mainly for live viewing so the detection issues don't bother me. The cameras regularly get stuck in night mode thus only providing b&w video for the daytime instead of color. I've tried all their tips, nothing works. I don't know why there isn't a switch for manual control in the app, other camera apps have one. That said, good wired hardware setup for the money. $400 for 8 Wired and 1TB DVR.

Update2: been using the app for 4 years and it's never consistently worked even after multiple interactions with support [Update: not a year old yet and it decided it wasn't going to record anything anymore] Settings I change don't stick. I'll get an alert every single minute that my car, which has been sitting in the same spot for 2 days, has been detected. Even if I create a non detection zone around my car it will still detect it and let me know.

The motion detection sucks. It's either too sensitive or doesn't work at all. Playback doesn't work at all. Every time you try to go back it loads and loads and loads and then it says you're not connected. I've had this for about 4 years. It's the worst app/system ever. I will be going with a new system. A security system should give you exactly that a sense of security and this does the exact opposite. And your cookie cutter corporate answers about how you're working on the problem are lies.
