The app worked well for me for years until a recent update somehow caused the app not to be able to see/use rewards. I was able to fix the problem by clearing not only the cache but also the data for the app on my Android phone and logging in again. Hopefully their app team can automate this with an imminent update. As another reviewer mentioned, rewards are still accessible on their mobile website without this app workaround.

Not happy at all. I have tried multiple times to use my rewards for free food. The app says, "We are having trouble connecting." I was told by our server that is hasn't worked in a long time and that the points accrued mysteriously disappear suddenly. I will probably just delete the app because it's a waste of space at this point. Very disappointed 😞

App rewards hasn't worked from the start. I've dined at the same location, used the same credit card and always pay using the app scan feature. None of my transactions are shown, the "rewards" feature says somethingto the effect "cannot reach...try again later" and the "profile" menu item kicks me out every time. I've likely accumulated enough points to eat free for a month..
