I submitted complete information to upgrade my account, multiple times, and still send me a message it is incomplete information. Attempted to contact customer support, and they do not respond. Over 48 hours. Time to give up and find a more competent system, although they have copies of my passport and ACR card, my address and personal information. Which I am now incredibly uncomfortable with.

The app is a little cumbersome but manageable, however help is non existent. There's a help bot that keeps you going in circles and if you get through to an agent they take your information but never get back to you. I sent money at the beginning of July it has still not arrived, it is now one week before September. I have opened 3 help tickets and they are in research mode for the past 3 months. It's a small amount ($60) but it makes me leary about using the app for any big transaction

Worst Customer Service Experience I've been trying to get help from customer service for a while now, but it has been nothing short of frustrating. I've submitted multiple ticket requests and even tried calling the landline number, but no one is responding. I’m currently facing an issue with a "duplicate account" error, and I just want to get it resolved. Unfortunately, there's been no assistance at all. This review might change if someone from Maya Support actually helps me fix this issue.
