Ratings and reviews

Good quality and fast but little selection and high price. I've ordered from them 2x. Both tones delivery was on less than 20 minutes and I've had some vegetables beat AH quality, but the high prices and the little selection, make this a once in a while use. With smaller overhead than the stores, prices should be smaller especially since there is delivery fee if the cost is below €40.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Driver got lost, couldn't find the location. Marked order as "delivered". Contacted customer service. Had to wait nearly 2h for order to then be cancelled because "I couldn't be reached". I read some horrific reviews online before trying this company. Turns out they were true.

App is super user friendly. Deliveries are always on time (except once and although I didn't complain or even mention it, I received a discount for next delivery. Nice gesture!) Tips do go 100% to the driver. I checked 👍🏻
