Very bad app and banking system, wasting more time to login many times asking to mobile unlock pattern even though my Iqama has 1 month more validity but my account has been blocked. I will not use this bank anymore! 🙄 Totally unhappy! * can't remember username * face & finger ID cannot save.

After using it for almost a year, my app apear " 0 acount" i can't even see my remaining balance and i cannot do any transactions on it including money transfer online.. I hope they can fix it

After the update... the app now was bad.. very very bad.. can't log in... telling that phone was jailbreak even is not... and i can log in before,,, before update.... what happen to you riyad bank... kindly fixed this issue...
