Ratings and reviews

First of all whenver I am trying to login to to the app, it's automatically logging me out and secondly there two following two errors: 1. Sorry, we are unable to help you at the moment. Please try again late. 2. Your session has expired. For security reasons, we couldn't save your progress, so you'll need to restart the process again. After that there is no login button available to login to the app again. I reported this error on mentioned email and web interface but no response.

Unsafe device ruins the experience. Can't login and its easy to go elsewhere. For those struggling you get a temporary reprieve if you clear the data and cache for the app. Avoid updating profiles as this gives errors and triggers more unsafe device issues. Customer service have no clue as their knowledge is more business focused than IT. Let's face it, if the developers cant fix it then Customer service have no hope.

The app is wonderful. once you get it to open. at least 3 tries are needed to open the app without any errors. I have tried this on 3 different devices. some with better experience than others. but in general logging into this app is a nightmare.
