Ratings and reviews

It is a very good banking system but my Iqama has been updated in Abshar system. It is not showing in online Riyaz Bank system. In application system, old Iqama date is showing. I went to bank branch twice but nothing happened and I have been informed repeatedly that how to save my account from being blocked, I do not understand.

The app is wonderful. once you get it to open. at least 3 tries are needed to open the app without any errors. I have tried this on 3 different devices. some with better experience than others. but in general logging into this app is a nightmare.

The old app was bad. The new app is the worst. App is not able to authenticate me 4,5 times kick me out each time i want to use the stupid app. Then, luckily, it allows me to use the app. Wallah, i feel so lucky whenever i manage to use this app. update march 2026 Unfortunately due to alot of problems in your app. I have decided to move my salary from your bank to another bank. The app is not working on my s26 ultra.
