Whenever I open the application my card doesn't work for 5 minutes or more, this is especially stupid when I need to authorise a payment via app so i have to open the app to approve and then all transactions stop for 5 mins which means the transaction I was trying to do will just say please log out from the digital channels and try again, but if i have to log in to authorise it's a loop. This is so frustrating I'm considering switching providers.

during purchase form any online store, asking confirmation through riyadh online application. once confirmation is done, they reject the transaction as the online system was just active before. energy draining and time wasting process. pls look after it, to make it better. thanks

this is too much slow working sometimes. disgusting Alrajhi bank app is working as best service . but this Riyad bank app is not work properly as like Al-Rajhi bank app. This apps developer should increase more effective and fast service at Riyad bank. today Riyad bank app taking 9 minutes for OTP service this is too much disgusting and the app is not fast . i hope this problem will be solve as soon as possible. thanks
