I keep getting logged out of the support chat after only 1 to 2 minutes. First, I have to wait in a long queue, then while I'm chatting with customer support, they say wait and the app logs me out for "security reasons." The chat resets, I lose my place in the queue, and I have to start over. Because of this, I can't even get my issue resolved. Please fix this.

There are some issues in app. I get transfer limit as 0 (used) eventhough no transaction was made. Hiever, this isse resolves automatically the next day. Gave error code during transfer or adding beneficiary. No online support chat/cal assistance either. App performance is OK. Simple and ease of use.

Not my favourite banking app. But it's the only one I can use because my card is Riyad Bank. Everytime I try logging in it forces me to redo my password and then get a one time passcode which is verg tedious. Add a function that lets you disable that, please.
