App is fine. Service is very bad. There is a bug with displaying video in the profile. I have contacted the customer care like 20 times. They created one ticket but no updates. I am tired of asking for the same thing again and again and again. Apart from this, there are also few other technical glitches. Please improve your testing. There is no feature to change the order of the photos. Please also add this feature.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer support for paid members. Despite being a paid customer, I received no proper response to my issues. The search function is irrelevant and often returns results that have nothing to do with what I'm looking for. This experience has been very distressing, and I expected much better service and support . I hope they address these issues promptly, as it is frustrating to deal with such poor service.

I am updating my review to 1 star. From past 1 week upload photos is not working in the app. I tried from the desktop, mobile as well as sending my photos to the Telugu Matrimony Phone number, but still the pictures are not visible in the profile. Everytime I upload, it shows PENDING VERIFICATION, but after few hours they disappear. I even raised this complaint to the customer care 2 times, they give some bland reasons, but will not resolve the issue.
