Ratings and reviews

Very useful app for those with foreign accounts. Easy to use, and it keeps you updated on the status of your money and transfers. My only complaint is every now and then, usually around bank holidays, but sometimes not, it can take your money longer than usual to hit. Wise usually gets you money to where it needs to go pretty fast as in seconds or a few hours, but sometimes it randomly takes days. I will say though, if that's the only fault, its a pretty good app. Great customer service too!

Hi, a ludicrous amount of personal financial and identity documents required to use (how much money you make, what you do for a living, passport photo which had to be taken 3 times and a selfie photo which needs to be done live) all totalling about an half an hour set up. They also charge a high rate for transfers while other services like Venmo etc. do not and only take about 5 minutes to set up, fyi.

Was great for transferring money internationally when living abroad. However, they've started charging a stabilization fee to guarantee the quoted conversing rate. This added ~$50 to the transfer. Stated it'll be refunded if not needed. But why need it in the first place?!? They've quoted a set conversion price, this additional fee changes the quoted price no matter what they call it. It's still the best app I've found for international transfers. We'll see if they actually refund it.
