I just tried logging in and changing my password via both the Web and the App. The bubbles keep floating on the screen of your Virgin Mobile App page and end up with nothing. I am seeing for the first time, a Telco operator that doesn't allow the facility to use the Biometrics or change the password. One of the worst Mobile App experiences.

Watch out. No esim support when using the app on android (I was told it was supported by the sales lady but failed to mention it is only on iPhone), no way to use google pay with the wallet (even Du supports Google wallet and samsung pay on its app). No multi-sim support for phone and tablet/watch either. So this app is ok, but limited. Hoping it will catch up or will be moving back to etisalat after contract up. (Note the developer will pretend to answer but never responds or follows up)

Home wireless internet service is the worst. I'm getting very High Latency & high ping on this network and have complained to them several times but no resolution provided. Their internet service is not suitable for office works (Microsoft Teams audio calls doesn't work) also connection is not reliable & any RDP's will disconnects frequently. Beware...They are not refunding as well. I have already made an upfront payment for an year.
