Ratings and reviews

It used to be really good, but in my recent experience, had incessant missed bookings, wrong bookings, missed/late payments, especially with flights. The minimal discounts thats offered is not worth the headaches and stress that comes with it. Nonetheless, this is the last time I am using the app and website. Will likely use to screen flights and hotels, but will never again use the same to book anything (not even a pedicure for my dog!)

Worst experience ever. I was booking my flight tickets for 4 passengers and made the payment. But while making the payment, the page failed but the amount of 32k was deducted from my bank account. I contacted my bank and they confirmed the amount was credited successfully to the vendors account (yatra) but in my yatra app, I there are no record of my booking. Yatra is a cheat, please refund my money back as soon as possible. Worst company ever who does not even have a customer care helpline no.

I recently saw an ad on Instagram about Yatra's franchise opportunity. I was impressed by the content and following on their Instagram page, so I decided to download the app. However, I was disappointed to find that the app wasn't working properly—it had glitches and didn't display hotels. After reading reviews, I saw that while many people love Yatra's services, others have mentioned similar issues with the app. I hope these glitches are fixed soon, as Yatra has great potential.
