Ratings and reviews

Slow internet service, a 4K video won't play without interruption. Besides, they only offer old tech(4G). However, now a days o2 offers 5G and speeds up to 300mbps. FUNK NET only offers up to 15mbps which is insufficient for newly 4TVs and gaming consoles. I am getting rid of its 1 euro a day plan(30/31 euros a month plan) that offers unlimited internet and won't be coming back unless they start offering 5G and better navigating speed. 1&1 offers unlimited internet 300mbps for only 25€ a month.

over 2 years they have significantly downgraded the service quality that users have been getting and, if you actually make use of their falsely advertised "unlimited" data plan, they will of course cancel your contract with a 2 week notice and no efforts for negotiation on terms. used to be great, now it's a scam relying on outdated reviews. semi frequent disconnects, brutal cg-nat and connection blocks, comparatively low speed and a lack of customer service communication. trash.

The app once worked but now it doesn't, so I'm stuck with my current plan because I cannot sign into my account anymore
