Ratings and reviews

The application does the job but you might want to work on the UI and UX. Dropdown (comboboxes) are from 90s era. This is a mobile device with touch screens (not a mouse). If you mask numbers, you should allow decimal points (period). If the decimal is cleared it couldn't be typed. Revamp please

Slow and not very intuitive. Unreliable on the first couple of days each month. Some simple functions should be moved to the home page and be available without signing in, e.g. currency and interest rates considering the big daily fluctuations. Requires a second app for 2FA in transfers to third parties! Still forces you to periodically change passwords, an obsolete and ineffective security measure.

Hands down the worst mobile banking app I've ever used. It locks itself and becomes unusable for the dumbest reasons. If you have developer settings enabled. If you use anything but the stock android keyboard. As if I was a child that has to use stock everything for my own safety. And the UI design is nonexistent. It uses a web page design basically. QNB, for the love of God commission a competent app developer. This is embarrassing. All other banks are doing it better than you.
