Miserable experience! The UI is outdated, UX is too bad and slow, even paying a bill is a nightmare. Apart from that, you don't have a full control on your bank account. I even tried to enable notifications for WA/email and I couldn't. One more thing, the all QNB countries use one unified app version, which is more interactive and very smooth. But this one works only in Egypt. Feels like a discrimination you know.

The app is not working anymore!! always stuck in the biometrics page after logging in and entering the otp , then Error !!! Is that the kind of upgrades we do to the mobile app ! making it more buggy. That is a shame for a mobile banking app!

Slow and not very intuitive. Unreliable on the first couple of days each month. Some simple functions should be moved to the home page and be available without signing in, e.g. currency and interest rates considering the big daily fluctuations. Requires a second app for 2FA in transfers to third parties! Still forces you to periodically change passwords, an obsolete and ineffective security measure.
