It's a great app, but I don't receive paper copies of *anything*, so the "capture document" is useless to me. An addition of "submit existing photo" so I can submit a screenshot would be such an amazing improvement!! And, the colors of the menu drop down need to be adjusted, as you can't see the words because they are the same color as the background, just an fyi.

Easy, straightforward, intuitive... seemed to work as expected. I'll know for sure tomorrow when I speak to my caseworker to confirm she received the documents. * It would be Best , however , to be able to select files already On the camera roll VS having to take a new picture every time!

Better than nothing. Slow & tedious. Gets job done. Lacks cropping feature. Lacks ability to accept pdf files. Useful, perhaps necessary, app during Coronavirus Emergency to avoid in-person interactions. Surprisingly basic and primitive. The poor get the poor in this case. Certainly no reason it could not be better. Perfect to meet the basic needs of the underserved population.
