Ratings and reviews

This app is useful for some things like getting travel alerts when the vehicle moves, & the occasional battery status. It would be tons more valuable if you could get live updates and diagnostic information. I have to plug in another device for that sort of data. This is a real missed opportunity, in my humble opinion. The device's evolution just isn't a very well thought out. It's a customer perk, so I shouldn't complain, right. 😉 I don't get all the update as reflected in the 2023 update.🤔

A lot of times it shows the wrong address of your parked car, but when you zoom in, it's actually the right block, even the right bldg number. Like right now, the car is parked in front of 1335 S. Whatever St. The map shows it right, but the address reads 1549 S. Whatever St. That's a whole 2 blocks away!!! We live in a major city, the car is parked on one of the major streets, so we should NOT have this issue.

I really love the syncUp DRIVE. I have been a member of T-Mobile for nearly 20 years, and this device has been very useful for me! The syncUp DRIVE really works for me, because it helps me know where my car is when I go out of town. It also helps me know if whoever's using my car is going faster than the speed limit. Lastly, it helps me see what Diagnostics I need for my vehicle when there's something wrong with it, or if it's in good health.
