Overall I've really liked this app. I can track my food and exercise by focusing on habits rather than calories, and lots of flexibility to make and set specific goals. It would be nice if there was an option to track sleep routines too, or a more flexible goal creation method that wasn't tied to meals necessary.

Likes and dislikes. I'll start with dislikes: 1) can't create, modify, or move groups on a journal page. Even thou you can technically create a group, in reality its attached to either food, supplements, symptoms, or exercise. And you can't create a new separate one or move anything. 2) there's no group for mental health. Why? Stress or mindful eating make a giant difference in nutrition and health and should be there, including meditations, breathing, and so on. Likes: interface is amazing!

I like this app overall! Love that you can choose if you want to do calorie counting and weight tracking or not (since I'm struggling with ED this was definitely something I loved). I also have Daylio which I like a bit better then this app sometimes, mostly for the fact that having a password is free on Daylio but not on here?? Though overall I do think this app is worth it with or without plus!

Hi, thanks for your review, we really appreciate it. Nutrilio is a "younger brother" of Daylio, so we would love to get it improved and developed just we did with Daylio.
