I can't understand why the app isn't opening since the system update. I have uninstalled several times and have restarted my phone severally. Once I click on it to open, it goes off immediately. The App wasn't like this before now. Please, could you get it sorted out. Thanks

The worst banking app ever. You can't promptly access your account. Transactions aren't swiftly processed. Not a great experience using the app. I believe it's best to "Switch" to another bank.

What has been going on this banking app for the past 5 weeks now. I can't open my account balance on my online account, and I can't log in. I have been sending messages, no good response, and nobody to talk to. Right now, it is not even opening
