Every few days I have login the app and type in my user name and password. Use to be good and no problems, now it's comes to the point in not useful anymore just use browser as asks the same thing (user name/password). And yes, I tried everything, restart, remove, add app again, update to latest version, bla bla. Several days, no response from NZ Post. They are probably too busy with making staff redundancy until there is none left!?

2 parcels picked up at the same location, same time and day, yet the second parcel is still in the north island, stuck in wiri since yesterday while my other parcel is here with me right now in the south island. Considering NZpost has upped their prices, I expect tracking and better updates if you're gonna increase prices, poor job, no better than Aramex, at least Aramex doesn't cost an arm and a leg. EDIT: Can't access app, just loads, rendering tracking useless. I'll be sticking with Aramex

Nice attempt but most of the time I just end up using the website because it doesn't stay signed in and switching apps to use a password manager from the sign in screen, which is a web browser rather than native screen, closes the browser so it's impossible to sign in that way. And the app's UI in general is just jankier than the website's.
