What is wrong with the app it's been down for quite some time now. I am sure that y'all have recognized this issue being there was an update. I would like to know when the app will be up and consistent without interaction. The convenient way to check my account is to log into the app this cannot be done if your system is not accurately working. I am being inconvenience I cannot: • Check my account balances • Monitor recent transactions

so far I'm very happy. It took a while to get my card. I was a little sketch at first, I've never accepted a credit invitation. I'm disabled and on a very tight fixed income, so am on the alert for scams. $30 might not be a lot to most people, but for me, losing $30 means less food or other necessities. after trying out the card on one of my apps & seeing it go through, gave me the assurance I needed to go ahead & make the minimum payment. so far they seem very legit.

Honestly, I do not normally like to be negative about a company but seriously feel they want you to miss payments. No auto pay on the app. Even when every other company has it. Charges you $38 for a late payment plus your $8 a month maintenance fee. Doesn't even seem like you can set up more than one payment at a time. Honestly, I missed my payment and immediately went on to pay it and then went to set up my next payment, and it would not let me do it. I guess til my first payment went through.
