It looks like you are liars. You have send me messages with interesting promotions, and when I topped up my phone and sent the codes - the reply is: sorry, we cannot realise your request at the moment. I do not recommend Personal, there are many more companies available, with much better reception. I have never manage to download the app as it got stuck.

Whenever I try to recharge my credit, 90 % of the time it doesn't work no matter how many times I re-enter my card details. This was a recurring problem before, when I was unable to recharge more than 200 pesos at a time, but today it's just ridiculous! I have probably tried to recharge 100 different times, with three different cards, without any luck. If this problem persists, I am changing my service provider in Argentina.
