This app is getting on my last nerve,does not recognize my password,does not let me reset or crate a new account ,the service is terrible and when you file a complaint there is no commercial gesture and I have to use it to get my packages!!!!Because the vendors choose the shippers. Or else I would not evenbother with them !!!!

een grote stomme app, dag na dag slechtere en slechtere bezorgdiensten. I received a message from bpost that the package was in the box from the station and was not in the box, and afterI received another message that they were not delivered without a signature, how can yI sign for a package deposited in a bpost box? And now the message is ,,delivery detail are unavailable,, more time to waste than to give up box delivery services :(

Disapointing as everything related to BPost. Update of status are approximate; data provided about tracked good are approximative or unreliable. The only feature where BPost is good at is levying charges......
