App works fine, the return process is pretty easy and it takes no time to receive your e-transfer. But it takes a long long time to process when you drop off bags. Last time it took almost a month to process.

would be great if the locations were updated. some locations, that are not consignaction, do not take them anymore despite being on the map while other consignaction burned down... other than that, the process is straight forward

The location I go to is staffed with some of the best people. I am slow to catch on so I ask a lot of questions to help me understand how things work. They took their time to answer all my questions at each machine. I drop bags off the most and it is always quick.
