Ratings and reviews

App used to be better. Basic things like filtering the list of transactions do not function. I select to filter only checks, or transactions between a dollar amount, and nothing happens. The app ignores this and displays all transactions regardless. There is no obvious way to report bugs or get help. The actual 'help' menu does not help. Other more advanced things like check deposit does work - thank goodness for that!

This app has only worked for about 2 months on & off in the last year. For many years before that it worked fine. I go to log on and the login page just disappears and goes back to my main app page. That's just the latest encounter. Before that it would take as long as 2 to 3 minutes to get logged in "MAYBE". I do a lot of banking with my mobile. I have a LANDMARK account and their app works just fine. TIME TO CHANGE BANKS. I'm really tired of this. I've tried unloading & reloading app. No avail

Every single day, multiple times a day, when i go into my bank app it pops up error messages and tells me to contact customer support. After either closing the app and reopening the app probably about 6 or 7 times, it finally works. Otherwise if i uninstall it and reinstall it, it works right away. But only for a day or so. It NEVER used to be like this before. And it really sucks because i use this app more than any of the other apps on my phone.
