Up untill the update, everything was working great! Now I discovered I can't use the stay signed in option or the app freezes on the opening screen the 2ed and consecutive times I use it. The first time, it logs me in. Then, I have to reinstall it and just turn off the stay signed in option. Which is ok, at least it works. (Hoping you can find out what's wrong with the update.)

it's so bad. I regularly experience getting logged out of the app and don't have any account details to fix it. I work for virgin and hate this app. my customers regularly come in with challenges with the app and nothing we do helps and nothing customer support works.

Turd of a company. Despite being informed multiple times to discontinue our phone plan, still continued to charge even when we not using their service anymore, and moved to another carrier. And then they force you to call their support phone number and waste hours answering their probing intrusive questions, be put on hold, get transferred from one agent to another,and then asked the same again. They need to get the basics right, before even thinking about gimmicks they put out. Horrible.
