Are you bothering to read this Columbus, or does having a system that teaches people to avoid it help you reduce service calls? After being unable to use the mapping feature on the computer or my phone, I was advised to use the app. I downloaded this app and the mapping feature works! But at the conclusion, I am informed that the app is unable to submit my request.

This app sucks... It quits everytime you try to look at a service request. I am on my third round of uninstalling and reinstalling. I have tried restarting the phone, clearing the app cache and app storage. I have force stopped the app and re opened it. I have tried every fix and trick I know... I should not be surprised the app sucks as bad as the Columbus 311 services!!!

This app is a good basic app, but clicking on my enabled app notifications I get directed to the login screen (even tho I'm already signed in) there's also no way to see what messages/updates have been read or not. Wish there was an easier way to track if my requests are completed or not. As for the process of submitting new 311 requests to the city, this part works great, like the search feature for the right category.
