The verification process is quite a pain. The support team is quite nice, they are always in time and ready to help. The only problem there is the verification process. I verified using my ID card, then they request that I need to use my International Passport for verification. Where was I going to get that from ? The verification is just hectic. I never used it found alternatives.

Scam . I've emailed several times to have my account unlocked and to get the verification process finished. now I want it deleted and i haven't heard back and then it'll say the support email doesn't work.. it's a scam if you have a platform to assist with other countries this isn't the way to go.. Remitly is better this is a no USA and other Countries BEWARE!!!.

5/21/24:: More better than I imagined it to be. Smooth transaction; easy transfer, easy withdraw, easy everything. Overall, It's just the best. 👍👍👍👍👍 25 Aug 2025:: I've been trying to create a virtual card for a while now but the "Next" button is just not working, I've updated and done everything, still not working. Update:: I just checked, the next button doesn't work anywhere in the app, even when I want to send out money.
