I paid shipping on an item for 2-7 business days, its been 10 days and they are saying I'm gonna have to wait another week or so, they refuse to refund the portion I paid for faster shipping even though I didn't get it in the expected time frame. I'm still paying for the item, I just do t feel I should pay for the faster shipping just to have it take twice as long

Very good app. It runs sooo much faster than their extremely slow website lol. It's easy to navigate and I love the super wide selection of products. I have 2 complaints though... biggest thing is that promo codes usually either don't work or don't take as much off as they claim. Also shipping updates are often wrong, and shipping is usually slower than they promise.

have used site multiple times always find great deals and great help whenever im having trouble. There are still some things on the site and app that could use some work but the effort towards happy costumers and app better business is definitely there
