The app is easy to use, but the biggest issue is with fund delivery delays. Once the money reaches India, it still takes 8–10 working days to actually be delivered to the recipient account, which makes the service very unreliable. The status updates are also inconsistent, often showing one expected delivery date and then nothing for days. This is very frustrating, especially when you need timely transfers.

Worst remit experience. 08/14- Issue with this app still persists, amount not yet credited after 2-3 weeks again, no customer support service too. [Update]- My issue was resolved on 05/24. [Original] - It was superb till last year, but recent experience with this app has been a nightmare. I initiated my transaction on May 6th, but is yet to credit the target account on 05/22. I have been trying to reach out via Abound Chat and sent an email to tsupport team. Certainly not a pleasant experience.

App is simple to initiate money transfer. But thats the only good part. Everything else is bad. I have registered with a mobile number and want to change the number now, but there is no such option. Money transfer doesn't work on their website either, only on phone app. The support team is non-existent. Chat support responds after 12 hours. There is no phone support for immediate help. Too unreliable to trust it with your money. I wish they spent more on service than marketing.
