I love the opportunity to get my money early. The instant access fee is a bit high but I appreciate the fact it comes out of what you're transferring. Other than that the app is great! A wonderful service provided to those who live paycheck to paycheck.

Its convenient when you need it, but theres times they have issues, and it last a week. so dont use it a lot because you will depend on it, and then out of nowhere, they dont update it, and you're screwed.

I understand simple issues. I understand a delay every now an then. But to get delays every single time I check to see if a balance is available to me is CRAZY. I say I am going to uninstall this app all the time but my family strongly depends on this app the 1% of the time it works. this has set me back all across the board In my situation. can yall please get this ish together. an the people that work for this company are very thick in their accented I have to hang up an call back often
