I was using the app fine then now when I try to access it all of a sudden it say the app is not compatible with my phone

The app was working well for weeks and is now "incompatable with my phone." I cannot access anything through a browser because it automatically sends me to a link to update the app. My loan is still in process so hopefully this doesn't affect access to documents that I need to sign to complete my loan.

was working fine until my phone did a software update and not it saying not compatible, need upgrade app but won't let me
