Bad interface, bad cam video feed even tho internet connection is high speed. A lot of delay in camera controls, really bad human tracking and recognition. If you leave camera with Human smart tracking, every time, camera turns in some bad angle following phantom movement, and you have to return it on proper position. I regret buying cameras supported by this app.

There's not much in the way of support. I'm confused on Graffic Notification,there's no info that I can find or on Humanoid Detection. I see the screen changes on top line but nothing seems to change when other 2 used. Adding device was trouble free and operates great. More detailed description on functions and features would be much appreciated by us non tech-savvy users. Thank you for a well thought out app! Cheers. 🇨🇦

The latest version REMOVE able to PlayBack and Specify to "SECONDS" LEVEL. Beside on PlayBack the [Cancel] & [OK] Buttons, just underneath the Hours & Minutes Scrolling Area, so most of the time it is Very Easy to touch the [Cancel] or [OK] Buttons, it is Very Frustrating, the UI/UX design of this Software is a JOKE !!!
