Connecting the app to my Inventor air conditioner was difficult and took more than an hour because of Wi-Fi issues and the unclear path of requested prompts/actions. The manual was not clear, and I did not receive any confirmation when the connection was completed. Once connected, the app works well and offers basic features such as scheduling when the air conditioner turns on or off. Overall my experience was rather disappointing 😞

Features for all the smart scenarios require data from an outdoors weather station. Data should be used from the the device, not outdoors spots! I cannot even create a proper sinple smart scenario for humidity. By While day time, when the humidity indoors is 65%, outdoors could only be 30%, so the smart scenario to "switch on the Dry mode if humidity is over 50%" won't start! The app cannot properly find my location (using GPS). A different area is used so wrong data are also used.

Just useless. Doesn't connect to my smart device, can't do manual or automatic pairing. Worse still, if you contact customer services they are useless. I have an email chain going over two weeks with customer service who just send copy and paste troubleshooting and don't actually address the tech issues with this app connecting to my smart device. I've given up and decided to return the whole device.
