Dear Team, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. My scooter insurance has been canceled without any notice, despite payment and issuance of the policy six months ago. I have not received any emails or calls regarding this matter. Today, when I logged into the app to check and renew my car insurance, I was shocked to find that my scooter policy was not visible, even in the "canceled" section. It's as if the policy never existed.

it is soooo easy to buy Acko insurance but when it comes to claims it is soooooo sooooo difficult to claim (ACKTR11872-C09) when incident happened. Everything has to be done on app but there is absolutely no transperancy.. no trace about previously raised claimed, no email communication. Its all so hidden and secret.

So for some reason the app (and website too) doesn't work if you already had an insurance with them once upon a time, and then try to renew insurance with them. It's almost like they're showing you the finger if you try to check insurance with them 😂
